For over 70 years, Sweetlane Chocolate Shop has been a beloved staple in the Kiski Valley area. What started as a small family-owned business in 1947 has now been passed down through three generations, with the Basile family honing their recipes and perfecting their craft to create chocolates that are truly exceptional. When it was time for Pete and Nicole Basile to retire, they sold the Chocolate Shop and all their family secrets to Eric and Wanda Mikula, who share their passion for chocolate-making. Eric and Wanda are determined to continue the tradition and quality of the past, using the same hand-selected ingredients and techniques that have made Sweetlane Chocolate Shop a household name. From the original hand-dipped nuts and cream centers to gourmet truffles, cordial cherries, chocolate-covered strawberries, milkshakes, ice cream and more, Sweetlane Chocolate Shop is dedicated to providing the Kiski area with delicious, high-quality candy and confections that are made with love and care.
